Each further active person at a venue costs €1.50 a month, added after the month ends. A person is active at a venue in a month in which they made at least one entry there, so you do not pay for people who did not work that month.
Example for one venue
You have 10 staff members in Haccly, but in November only 4 of them made entries. The other 6 do not count that month.

We count each venue separately, every calendar month. Amounts are net. Someone who works at two venues counts at each.
Payment in the app is for businesses with a venue in Poland. Outside Poland, write to us with the plan and the number of venues: we send you an invoice and set up the plan. The 30-day free trial works the same for everyone.

How to start
Create an account
Company name, your name, e-mail and password. No card needed.
30 days with every module
Set up venues, equipment and people, and keep records with everything in Pro.
Choose a plan
With a venue in Poland you pay in the app, elsewhere by invoice after an e-mail to us, whenever you are ready. Without payment the account becomes read-only after 30 days: entries, the report and export stay available.

What happens to the records if I cancel?
After the contract ends, you have 90 days of read-only access with PDF, CSV or JSON export. You can request earlier deletion. The service terms describe the full process.
How much does Haccly cost?
Mini costs €12, Standard €24 and Pro €39 per venue a month, excluding VAT. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free. Each plan includes a number of active people per venue, and each further person at a venue costs €1.50 a month.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The trial lasts 30 days, includes every module and needs no card. You choose a plan and add a payment method in the app when you are ready.
What happens after 30 days without payment?
The account becomes read-only. You can still view entries, download the report and export the data, but you cannot add new entries. Adding a payment method unlocks the account straight away.
Can I change the plan later?
Yes, in the app. Data from modules outside the new plan stays stored and comes back when you switch to a plan that has them.
